Town House

The Townhouse is found in a central location in Exeter, close to the splendid Exeter Cathedral and many of the attractions of the town centre. This is a Grade II-listed townhouse dating from the 1800s which has been sympathetically updated and restored to offer beautiful accommodation. We are a Fair Trade establishment and the proud recipient of a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence.

We have 9 guest rooms, ranging from single to king-size rooms. All bar one have en-suite facilities and have TV, Wifi, USB charger, hospitality tray with Fair Trade products and fresh ground coffee / cafetiere, hairdryer, ironing facilities and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast includes a choice of cereals and fruit followed by porridge, omelette or any combination of Full English with bacon, sausage, egg (perfectly cooked), beans, mushrooms and tomatoes. We are happy to cater for a range of dietary requirements, and have been awarded the all-important 5-Star rating for food hygiene.

Exeter is a city with a very rich history and boasts one of the great cathedrals of England. If you need a bit of retail therapy, there is excellent shopping in the high street, Princesshay, Guildhall Shopping Centre and Harlequins Centre. The Quayside area offers plenty to see and do including galleries, bars and eateries. The Royal Albert Memorial Museum, Bill Douglas Cinema Museum and the Underground Passages are popular. The spectacular Devon coastline is a short distance away with amazing award-winning beaches and stunning coastline to explore.
