Southernhay House Hotel

If you are looking for stunning luxurious accommodation, centrally-located in Exeter, look no further than Southernhay House Hotel. This is a Grade II-listed Georgian townhouse, which was formally the home of Major General William Kirkpatrick. We have 10 en-suite guest rooms which are tastefully decorated, with lovely views of the surrounding gardens. Rooms vary from a small double, large, comfortable double or a luxury room, and are all well-equipped with a seating area, TV, free Wifi, hospitality tray, docking station, alarm clock, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared and cooked by our chef John Kay and his team, using as much locally-sourced fresh produce as possible. Guests are welcome to eat on our veranda or terrace when it is warm and sunny. On-street parking is available, and there is also a large car park close to the hotel.
