McKenzie Cottage

McKenzie Cottage is a traditional fisherman’s cottage sleeping 4 for self-catering, situated in the pretty harbour village of Portknockie on the Moray Firth, 5 miles east of Buckie. Stone-built and close to the scenic coast path, it provides a comfortable self-catering home for walkers, cyclists or tourists visiting the area.

The cottage features a cosy lounge with sofas, TV, DVD player and open fire; a living area with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable seating; a double bedroom, twin room, a bathroom and a utility room with laundry equipment. Wifi and central heating are available throughout the property.

A travel cot and high chair can be supplied for families if required. There is on-street car parking at the front of the cottage. The village has convenience stores, a fish and chip shop and an open-air swimming pool. If you are lucky, you might be able to spot a school of dolphins swimming along the coast!
