Old Barn House

Old Barn House is an attractive detached countryside property with wraparound gardens, nestled on the fringes of the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Herefordshire. Set in the hamlet of Pencoyd, about 8 miles from Hereford and 5 miles from Ross-on-Wye, this family and dog-friendly accommodation sleeps from 2 up to 8 guests, has a ground floor accessible bedroom, Wifi, patio, hot tub and access to a fishing lake.

The house has a living room with Smart TV / Netflix, log-effect fire and patio doors leading to the garden. There is also a dining room and additional lounge with seating and a Bluetooth stereo system. The kitchen includes a double oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler and George Foreman Grill. Sycamore is the ground floor twin / super king bedroom, featuring a Smart TV. There is also a downstairs shower room and a utility room.

On the first floor of the house are the other bedrooms. Maple has a super king bed, Smart TV and en suite; Rowan has a king size bed and Holly can be arranged as a twin or with a super king bed. All beds have a luxurious Hypnos mattress, hypoallergenic duvet / pillows and Egyptian cotton linen. Outside is the Jacuzzi hydrotherapy hot tub, a double hammock and range of games. Coarse fishing for carp, bream, tench and silver fish is available onsite by prior arrangement.
