Mill of Tilquhillie is a beautifully-renovated water mill offering a self-catering home in Royal Deeside, 2 miles from Banchory. The mill provides an excellent holiday home for 4 guests, with dogs also welcome. Ideally placed for sightseeing and outdoors activities, this is an ideal base from which to explore this special area of Scotland.

The mill has been sensitively updated, retaining its listed features whilst providing a host of contemporary facilities. There is an open plan living area with a cosy wood burning stove, sofas, a television, patio doors to the garden and a wooden staircase leading to the fully-equipped kitchen / diner in the gallery area.

Upstairs, the master bedroom can be arranged as a super king or twin room. Downstairs is a quirky twin room which was once where the fire was set to toast the milled grain! There is also a shower room, Wifi and a garden outside with furniture. Parking is available and there is a shared tennis court which guests can use.
