Ballater Hostel

Offering affordable accommodation in the Cairngorms National Park, Ballater Hostel is situated on Bridge Square in this beautiful Victorian village along the Dee River. Visit Scotland 5-Star rated, offering both private rooms and dormitory-style accommodation, exclusive bookings can also be arranged for groups and expeditions.

The whole hostel can sleep up to 32 guests when fully booked. There is a budget room with bunk beds sleeping 2; 3 triple rooms with a king bed and bunk bed; a quad room and a 6-bed and 8-bed mixed dormitory. All rooms include bed linen and have their own en suite shower facilities. Travel cots can be provided if required.

There is also a communal living area with sofas, wood burning stove and bench-style dining with an equipped kitchen where guests can make their own meals or help themselves to complimentary hot drinks. A laundry and drying room are also available and there is secure undercover bike storage with an outside tap available.
