Groarty House Bed & Breakfast

Groarty House and Manor Bed and Breakfast provides luxurious accommodation and some camping facilities on the outskirts of Derry, bordering County Donegal. The B & B is set in an acre of grounds with gardens. Ample on-site parking and secure bike storage is available. The city centre is 2 miles away with its historic walls, museums, cathedral, shops and eateries.

Rooms are decorated to a high standard, featuring en suite facilities, a TV, DVD player, Wifi, hairdryer and beverage tray. There are double / twin and rooms on the ground floor with disabled access / accessible bathroom. A complimentary Irish breakfast is served in the morning and there is an elegant resident’s lounge with wood burning stove and TV.

Campervans and tourers alike are welcome to our small site, featuring concrete stands with EHU and water. Sorry no facilities for tents. . Toilet and shower facilities are on-site and kept spotlessly clean. The BBQ hut, sauna and hot tub are available to everyone for a small additional fee.
