Perfectly placed just a short level stroll from the town and the seafront, Lynstead House offers a warm welcome, modern comfortable accommodation and delicious home cooked breakfasts all within this fine, spacious Victorian House.

Each of our guest rooms are fully equipped with all that you will need for a wonderful stay including en-suites have luxury bath sheets and hand towels with toiletries from Cole & Lewis, flat screen TV with freeview, clock radio, hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk and biscuits. The rooms at the rear overlook the beautiful Byes Park, with a lovely riverside level walk into town. Our freshly prepared breakfasts are all cooked to order and with a hearty and varied menu you will be set for a day of exploring. At the rear of the house there is guest parking and a garden for you to enjoy which runs down to the river Sid and looks out over the fabulous Byes Park owned by the National Trust with views of Salcombe hills beyond.

With so much to see and do in the area you will be spoilt for choice, Sidmouth offers a great range of independent shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops, whilst heading westwards along the seafront, takes you directly up to Jacobs ladder and to Connaught Gardens. On Salcombe Hill take in the views over Sidmouth and as far away as Portland Bill in Dorset, there is superb coastal scenery and glorious beaches. There really is something for everyone here!
