Springfield Cottages

Springfield Cottages are 2 converted stables offering superb self-catering accommodation just a mile outside the village of Evercreech. Situated on a family-owned smallholding and surrounded by 8 acres of a country estate, they are perfectly placed for walking, cycling and sightseeing in Somerset, the Mendips or Cranbourne Chase.

Field Cottage sleeps 4 to 7 and Spring Cottage sleeps from 5 to 8 guests. Both cottages are stone-built, featuring exposed wooden beams along the ceilings, plus all the modern facilities. Each has central heating, a TV with Freeview channels, DVD player, hi-fi, equipped kitchen, private courtyard garden and shared use of a washing machine. Wheelchair access is available on the ground floor.

Evercreech is a large village with shops, pubs and an unusual clock. A major feature of the village is the Grade I listed Church of St Peter. Dating from the 14th century, it has an impressive perpendicular tower. The village is situated just 3 miles from the market town of Shepton Mallet which has further amenities.
