The George Inn

The George Inn is a family-owned 16th century free house situated in the village of Brompton Regis. Offering bed and breakfast rooms in the main building, with a recently refurbished barn also providing self-catering accommodation, it is a popular choice for walkers, cyclists and tourists, situated on the edge of Exmoor National Park.

There are 5 en suite bedrooms, including flexible twin / king rooms and a family room for 4; each with en suite shower room facilities, TV, free Wifi and hospitality tray. George’s Barn is the newly converted self-contained barn sleeping 4 guests; featuring a lounge, kitchen, king size bedroom, twin room, a bathroom and private garden.

Enjoy a pint of Exmoor ale or other drink from the well-stocked bar and a meal at The George, made from local ingredients where possible. Choose from snacks, lighter bites and main meals or specials. Guests can eat in our cosy bar and restaurant area or on the sunny garden terrace. There is ample car parking for all visitors visiting the inn and barn.
