The Half Moon Inn

The Half Moon Inn is a former coaching inn providing a welcoming place to stay in the beautiful rural village of Horsington, a few miles south of Wincanton. Offering comfortable bed and breakfast rooms, a traditional bar and a food menu, it is perfectly placed for traveller stopovers, short breaks and holidays in the area.

Rooms are in the converted coach house; equipped with a TV, Wifi, hairdryer and hospitality tray. There are double and twin bedrooms, with ground floor rooms offering en suite showers and upstairs rooms providing en suite bathrooms. Extra beds can be supplied for children, and dogs are allowed with prior agreement.

A full English breakfast is served to overnight guests in the morning and both resident and non-resident visitors can enjoy delicious home cooked food in the bar and dining area throughout the day. The menu offers British pub classics and our own speciality burgers, with Sunday carveries and children’s options also available.
