West Withy Farm Holiday Cottages

West Withy Farm Cottages are set in a rural location on the edge of Exmoor National Park. These 2 dog-friendly self-catering cottages are located near Wimbleball Lake at Upton, 8 miles east of Dulverton. Eco-friendly, energy is derived from solar panels/battery so we are proud to say that we are 98% off grid and fresh water is extracted from the local borehole and purified by ultra violet technology. Both cottages have original, 50cm thick stone walls and beamed ceilings.

Stable Cottage is the former stables which has been sensitively converted to now provide a holiday bungalow for 4 people, with an open plan living room opening out onto the garden, a master bedroom with queen sized bed, a flexible second bedroom which can be arranged as a super king or 2 singles, and a family bathroom with bathtub and separate shower enclosure.

Upton Cottage is the refurbished haybarn providing a 2-storey holiday home for 5 people, with a spacious living area, double en suite bedroom, flexible twin / king room, a single bedroom and a luxury bath / shower room. Both cottages have full fiber Wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, central heating and private enclosed garden. In an area with ‘Dark Sky Status’, guests can also hire the large on-site telescope.

Guests are welcome to bring their dogs and horses.
