Tamarack Lodge

Tamarack Lodge is a traditional log cabin offering self-catering accommodation on Fyfett Farm in the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 8 miles from Chard. Guests are guaranteed a comfortable and enjoyable stay, surrounded by the scenic Yarty Valley.

The purpose-built log cabin sleeps up to 8 guests. Wheelchair-friendly, there is an open plan living area sectioned into a comfortable seating area with a wood burning stove and TV, a kitchen which is fully-equipped and a dining area with triple-aspect windows and French doors opening to the outside.

There are 2 ground floor bedrooms including one with electric beds and a specially adapted wet room, and a double with en suite facilities. Upstairs in the loft area, there is a family room with a double and set of bunks, plus a bathroom. The Shepherd’s Hut and Pod provide additional sleeping for another 4 people if required.
