The barn has a light and airy lounge with an L-shaped leather sofa, dining table and 2 sets of doors opening onto the patio area at the water’s edge. There is also a kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom and a wet room. Outside, is a garden and ample car parking, including space for trailers.

The village has shops, a post office and The Oak and Black Dog pub. There is fishing, walking paths and cycling routes in the local area. Coventry, Rugby and Royal Leamington Spa are all within a short drive away and the barn is also convenient for Stoneleigh Conference Park and Golf Club.
