New Inn House

New Inn House is a luxurious holiday home with a swimming pool located in Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon. Accommodating 10 guests, this large detached home has been recently refurbished to provide all the latest self-catering amenities. The downstairs is wheelchair accessible. Set within 5 acres of grounds, this is a perfect retreat for families, friends or groups.

There is a light and airy lounge with sofas, Sky TV and a wood burning stove, plus dual-aspect windows and patio doors. The equipped kitchen provides a new Aga cooker, integrated hob and dishwasher, plus there is laundry equipment in the utility room. Guests will find a separate dining room, with a sunroom / billiard room that opens out to the garden.

The house has 5 bedrooms (x 2 double and x 3 twin) including one with en suite facilities and a twin on the ground floor. There is central heating and Wifi throughout the property. Outside is a terrace area, swimming pool, hard tennis court, trampoline and play area. There is also ample private parking. Dogs are allowed with prior permission.
