Situated in the Warwickshire village of Wilmcote, 3 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon, Pear Tree Holiday Cottages overlook the village green, towards the house of Mary Arden (mother of Elizabethan playwright William Shakespeare). There are 2 self-catering cottages which adjoin Pear Tree Cottage itself and share its gardens.

It is believed that Pear Tree Cottage once belonged to William Shakespeare's parents. The first of its 2 holiday properties is The Apple Loft, a first-floor apartment overlooking the garden and sleeping 2 guests in a king size / twin en suite bedroom. There is also room for an extra single bed if required.

Secondly, Acanthus Cottage is a cosy ground floor apartment for 4 guests with a double and twin bedroom, both with en suite facilities.
