Model Farm B & B

On a working farm in Harbury near Royal Leamington Spa, Model Farm Bed and Breakfast has a scenic and peaceful setting surrounded by 14 acres of land, yet only 3 miles from Junction 12 of the M40 motorway. Offering comfortable guest rooms and farmhouse breakfasts, there are also facilities for visiting horses.

All bedrooms have attractive décor, a television, Wifi access and a hospitality tray for making in-room tea and coffee. The Cream Room has a double bed and newly installed en suite bathroom and The Purple and The Brown Rooms have shared use of the bathroom next door. An excellent cooked breakfast is provided in the morning.

Model Farm has car parking and horse livery, stabling and an outdoor arena. There are several pubs in the village and the Royal Leamington Spa Dallas Burston Polo Ground is only half a mile away. A 10-minute drive will take guests to Land Rover, Jaguar, Aston Martin and the National Heritage Motor Centre, all located at Gaydon.
