The guest house is a short walk from the town centre amenities and ideally placed to enjoy the Dyfi Valley and Snowdonia National Park.

There are 8 bedrooms, each furnished with a double or 2 single beds, en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, Freeview TV, free Wifi and a hospitality tray. A full Welsh or vegetarian breakfast is served in the morning. Guests are more than welcome to sit out on the decking area and enjoy the garden during a visit.

Maenllwyd has private car parking and storage facilities for bicycles. The railway station is a 15-minute walk away. The town has shops, places to eat and a Wednesday market. Machynlleth lies on Glyndŵr's Way and the Dyfi Valley Way and is home to the Museum of Modern Art and The Centre for Alternative Technology.
