Maesglas

Maesglas is a traditional Welsh cottage offering a comfortable place to stay on the edge of Snowdonia, near the small village of Mallwyd, 11 miles from Machynlleth. Visit Wales 4-Star rated, it provides all the facilities for a self-catering holiday, whilst retaining its original 16th century features. Sleeping 6, dogs are allowed too.

The sitting room has a beamed ceiling, wood burning-effect gas stove in the stone fireplace, leather sofas, Smart TV and Blu-ray player. The separate dining area also has a wood burning stove in the inglenook fireplace, a dining table, rocking chair and another TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped and there is a conservatory.

The 3 bedrooms include a family room with a double and a single bed, a double bedroom and adjacent single room. The bathroom has a bath and a shower over, and there is Wifi and central heating throughout the cottage. Outside, the lovely garden provides scenic views along the valley, and there is private parking.
