Dan Yr Eglwys Holiday Cottage

Dan-Yr-Eglwys Holiday Cottage is a beautifully-converted 18th century stone and timber barn providing a contemporary and comfortable self-catering holiday home for 8 people. Located in the rural area of Llanddewi’r Cwn, just a couple of miles outside Builth Wells, the cottage is ideal for exploring Mid Wales, the Elan Valley and Brecon Beacons, with footpaths from the front door.

The open plan living area has a wood burning stove, leather sofas, armchairs, a TV, dining area, kitchen, 2 sets of French doors to the garden and a staircase leading to the upstairs gallery. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a sofa and wet room, plus a double en suite room, another double and a twin room upstairs. There is also a bathroom, washing machine in the utility porch and underfloor heating downstairs. The lawned garden has a patio with a table and chairs, and parking is available on the driveway.

There is also a caravan and camping site on our working sheep farm, with electric hook-ups and water taps on each pitch, an on-site chemical disposal point and well-maintained toilets and hot showers. Hairdryers, mobile phone charging and shaver points are available. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Trout fishing can be arranged with prior notice.
