The Old Sunday School Room

The Old Sunday School Room is a beautiful self-catering cottage in the spectacular Brecon Beacons National Park near the Powys village of Trecastle. A traditional Victorian property which has been sensitively converted to provide accommodation for 4 to 6 guests, the cottage is in a quiet secluded setting and ideal for sight-seeing, walking and other outdoors activities.

The sitting room is upstairs, featuring a high vaulted ceiling with exposed A-framed timbers, a log burning stove, L-shaped sofa, TV, DVD player and telescope. The kitchen is on the middle floor, fully-equipped including a dishwasher and dining table. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms comprising a master double with a sofa bed, and a twin room. There is also a bathroom.

The cottage has Wifi and central heating provided throughout and there is a small outside area with a barbeque. Pets are welcome with prior agreement. Parking is available on the cobbled driveway and includes an EV charger. There is also secure storage available for bikes and equipment. The nearest shops, pubs and places to eat are 4 miles away in Sennybridge.
