The Keelman's Lodge

Nestled in the grounds of a microbrewery and pub, adjacent to the Tyne Riverside Country Park and River Tyne, The Keelman’s Lodge and Salmon Cottage both offer comfortable guest accommodation in Newburn, located along the Hadrian’s Wall Walk and Cycle Route 72, on the outer fringes of Newcastle upon Tyne.

The Keelman’s Lodge is on ground floor level with 6 separate rooms, each accommodating up to 4 people in a double and 1 or 2 single beds. Salmon Cottage is a 2-storey building particularly suitable for couples or lone travellers with a king size bed in each room. All have en suite bathroom facilities, Wifi access, a TV and beverage tray.

There is free car parking, including easy access for disabled guests, plus a children’s play area. Breakfasts, lunches and evening meals are available in The Keelman Pub and Restaurant next door, and guests can also relax with a glass of craft ale from the on-site Big Lamp Brewery either inside the pub, in the conservatory or on the patio.
