The Norton

The Norton Hotel is a self-catering hostel situated opposite the beach in the seaside resort of Seaton Carew, just a short walk away from the leisure facilities and seafront restaurants. It is ideal for travellers, including walkers and cyclists looking for a comfortable place to stay, without the constraints of normal hotels.

All rooms are well-appointed and equipped with en suite facilities, free Wifi, satellite TV and a refreshment tray for making tea and coffee. There are single, twin, double and triple rooms, with guests also having access to the spacious lounge with its large TV and pool table. There is also a communal kitchen.

Car parking is available and the railway station is only 10 minutes’ walk. The sandy beach across the road stretches for 4 miles and the southern area of the beach leads to dunes which are adjoined by Seaton Carew Golf Club. There is also a water park and Hartlepool town centre is only 2 miles away.
