The Ednam House breakfast menu includes a continental buffet selection, followed by a cooked-to-order Full Scottish, Vegetarian or Vegan Breakfast, Farm Fresh Eggs (boiled, scrambled, poached or fried), smoked haddock with a poached egg or kipper with lemon butter. Gluten-free options are available. Food is also served throughout the day, with a menu highlighting the very best of fresh, local Scottish produce.
