Briar Cottages

Briar Cottages are 2 charming self-catering holiday homes nestled along the banks of Loch Earn in Lochearnhead, with uninterrupted views across the water to the peak of Ben Vorlich. The properties are both situated in the grounds of the main 17th century B listed building where welcoming owners Fraser and Kim reside.

Both cottages are completely self-contained and on ground floor level. Briar Steading can accommodate 4 guests and has an open plan living area with Smart TV, king size bedroom and a twin room, both with spacious en suite facilities. Little Briar is dog-friendly and can sleep 3 in a double and a single bedroom, with an all-in-one lounge kitchen and diner and a newly-installed bathroom.

Each cottage has Wifi, Scottish-made toiletries, car parking, a private garden and use of the shared garden which leads down to the loch and has a summer house. The cottages can be booked separately or together for multiple families or groups, with enough space in Briar Steading Cottage for everyone to sit around and share a meal together.
