Carmichael Farmhouse

Carmichael Farmhouse is a large detached holiday home sleeping 10 guests, located near the village of Longforgan, 8 miles from the centre of Dundee. Situated on a working cattle and strawberry farm, with uninterrupted views across the open countryside to the lower course of the River Tay, it provides comfortable self-catering accommodation for families, friends and accompanying dogs.

There is a living room with wood burning stove and large TV with Sky channels, another reception room which can be used as a play room or additional bedroom, a spacious kitchen / diner with a breakfast bar and a large dining table. There is also a ground floor king size bedroom with accessible en suite shower room for guests with mobility difficulties, and upstairs en suite king room, twin room and a family room with 2 double beds.

The house also has a utility room with laundry equipment, main bathroom, 2 toilets and a boot room which can also be used as a dog room. Wifi and central heating is available throughout and there is a beautiful landscaped garden and off-road parking outside.
