Prestwick Byre is a newly-converted farm building situated next to the main farmhouse. Sleeping 5, it has an open plan living area with dual-aspect windows and exposed wooden beams, a double bedroom, twin and single room which can also be used as a playroom, and a bathroom with bathtub and separate walk-in shower.

Little Byre is a detached oak framed studio-style cottage for 2 or 3 people with an open living area / bedroom with a double and single bed, and a shower room. Both cottages have fully-equipped kitchenettes with a washer / dryer, TV and car parking. Chiddingfold has village shops, a play park and one of the oldest inns in SE England.
