The Merrymouth Inn

Nestled in the Cotswolds, between Bourton-on-the-Water and Burford, The Merrymouth Inn is a 13th century former coaching inn situated in the village of Fifield. Owners Wendy and Andrew offer comfortable accommodation, as well as fine food and drink to those travelling in the area.

Rooms are decorated in a contemporary style, each with en suite facilities, a wall-mounted TV and hospitality tray for making in-room hot drinks. There are single, twin, king and family bedrooms. Some allow pets. Overnight guests are served a delicious continental breakfast in the morning to help start the day.

The bar and restaurant have retained much of their original character, with beamed ceilings and exposed stone walls providing a cosy place to enjoy a pint of ale, glass of wine, spirit, soft drink or real home cooked meal. Outside, there is also a courtyard garden with outdoors seating and free car parking.
