Hornton Grounds Country House

Horton Grounds Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast is an attractive Grade II listed building dating back to the 1600s, on a country estate near Banbury, offering AA 4-Star rated facilities and an AA Breakfast Award. As well as B & B accommodation, there is a lakeside glamping hut for an off-the-grid experience. Stabling is available for horses and dogs are welcome with prior arrangement.

There are 4 guest bedrooms available. Jade View has a super king bed and en suite bathroom, which can be booked with the king size West Wing just opposite, with its own private bathroom. In the oldest part of the building, The Courtyard Room is a twin room and The Oriental Room with its king size bed, share a shower room and can be booked together as a family suite. All bedrooms have Wifi access, a radio alarm and hospitality tray.

La Retraite is a wooden octagonal-shaped pod for 2 people, nestled on the side of the lake, with a lovely decking area outside. A hearty Farmhouse breakfast is served in the morning with bacon and eggs from the animals reared on the farm. Evening meals can also be provided if required. There is a TV lounge and guests can make use of our tennis court, have a game of croquet on the lawn or stroll down to the lake.
