Fair View Seafront Apartments

Fairview Holiday Apartments are a collection of privately-owned self-catering flats situated along the seafront of Skegness. Just a stone’s throw from the boating lake, bowling green and putting green along the South Parade, they provide comfortable accommodation for travellers visiting for either leisure or business purposes.

There are various apartments including 1 and 2-bedroomed for 4 to 7 guests (with some featuring a sofa bed in the lounge). Some have sea views and there are flats on the ground floor. There are also 2 single rooms which can be used as additional sleeping accommodation with any of the other apartments.

All of the flats are equipped with a TV, well-equipped kitchen, private bathroom facilities and central heating. Everything guests might need is included, except bed linen, towels, cots and highchairs, which can be hired separately. Car parking is available on-site and nearby, and the bus and railway station are both within walking distance.
