Cutlands Barn

Owners Mike and Claudette welcome you to Cutlands Barn, with freshly baked cake and tea and coffee, to get your holiday off to a warm and welcoming start after your journey! This is a traditional Devon house located in the village of Chillington near Kingsbridge. Cutlands offers the option of either bed and breakfast or self-catering accommodation. There is a parking for three vehicles.

Cutlands Barn has three en-suite rooms; one king-size, a double and a twin. Each room comes with TV, Wifi, hospitality tray and complimentary toiletries. After a peaceful night in our comfortable beds with fluffy pillows, you will be delighted to find our breakfast menu, with cold selection and traditional cooked Full English, including vegetarian option, using local organic produce. Why not wile away a few hours after a busy day exploring in our guest lounge with log burner, Freesat TV and selection of puzzles and games.

Nearby Kingsbridge is a traditional English market town with a great range of shops and a regular farmers market, with events throughout the year, such as the Food and Music Festival in June and Fair Week in July. This is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and within a short drive, you are in the deepest Devonshire countryside, enjoying one of the wonderful local beaches or visiting a fellow town such as Dartmouth, Totnes or Salcombe. Whether you are here for a family holiday, romantic getaway, or a short break, there are so many things to do all year round.
