Rosaburn Lodge

Along the banks of the River Rosa in a beautiful, wooded area on the outskirts of Brodick, Rosaburn Lodge is a welcoming guest house set in 2 acres of well-maintained gardens. Ideally placed as a base to explore the Isle of Arran, there is ample car parking and covered shelter for bicycles and motorcycles. Walkers are welcome.

Brodick Room has twin beds, a seating area and en suite bathroom. Corrie Room, which can be arranged with twin beds or a super king bed, has a walk-in shower in the en suite. Rosa Suite has a king size sleigh bed, private lounge, en suite bathroom and amazing views of the gardens, river and across to Goatfell.

A delicious cooked Scottish or vegetarian breakfast is served in the morning in the dining room, made with free range eggs from our own hens. Guests are also welcome to relax in the conservatory or garden. There are shops, banks, a post office and restaurants within walking distance of the guest house.
