Sand Martin Cottage

Sand Martin Cottage is a stone former barn which has been sensitively converted to offer a self-catering holiday home on the Isle of Arran. Situated on the western side of the island, 10 miles from the ferry port at Brodick, it has beautiful views across the open countryside and over to the Kintyre Peninsula.

Accommodating 5 guests, there is an open plan living area featuring L-shaped sofa, Freesat TV, dining table / chairs and a fully-equipped kitchenette including a dishwasher, cooker and microwave. Washing machine and dryer available in a seperate building. Guests will find a twin room downstairs, and another twin room and double room upstairs.

The cottage has a bathroom and separate shower room. There is also gas central heating and free Wifi throughout. Outside is a lawned garden area. The Old Byre Visitors centre, cafe and children’s playground are also on-site and available to all. There are many hiking routes in the area and fishing along Iorsa Water.
