High House Farm

High House Farm is a family-owned bed and breakfast in a beautiful 15th century farmhouse in Cransford, a small village just 3 miles from Framlingham and a 20-minute drive from the heritage coast. The house is full of charm and character and guests experience superb hospitality from hosts Tim and Sarah.

Choose from a en suite double room and a family room for 4 or 5 people with a double, 2 single beds, a pull-out bed and a private bathroom. Each room is furnished to a high standard, with rustic exposed wooden beams, a TV, free Wifi and tea and coffee-making facilities. Cots and high chairs are available.

A hearty English breakfast is served around a traditional farmhouse table in the large dining room. Special diets are also happily accommodated. The lounge or ‘parlour’ is available for guests to use and there is access to acres of woodland and farmland, including several miles of hedgerows and numerous ponds.
