The Knoll Bed & Breakfast

A warm welcome awaits guests at The Knoll Bed and Breakfast in the East Suffolk village of Kessingland, just 6 minutes’ walk from the sand and shingle beach. Providing an excellent place to stay, the B & B is nestled within beautiful gardens and there is private car parking available.

There are 3 doubles and a twin room. All are furnished to a high standard; offering en suite facilities, free Wifi, TV and a beverage tray. The B & B also has a sitting room and guests are welcome to explore the gardens. A full English or continental breakfast is served in the dining room in the morning.

There are tearooms nearby, as well as a restaurant and pub by the seafront slightly further on. Kessingland beach is popular for water sports and this part of the coastline is a good place for walks. Benacre Nature Reserve can be found at the southern end of the beach and is home to a wide variety of bird life.
