Baytree House

Baytree House is a beautifully-presented Victorian detached home situated in the coastal town of Lowestoft. Originally built as the luxurious former residence of a wealthy fishing fleet owner, it retains characterful stained glass windows, decorative fireplaces and stripped floors. All 9 bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and each are equipped with a TV, DVD player, Wifi, tea / coffee-making facilities and some rooms also include a complimentary vintage decanter of sherry. There are en suite rooms, king size rooms and family rooms, with single supplements available. A continental breakfast is included in overnight stays.

The newly-converted annexe has a double bedroom, a twin room, a lounge, kitchen / diner and shower room for those who prefer self-catering accommodation. Guests can also sit out on the front courtyard and there is a separate parking area. A Full English Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner can be provided for all guests at Baytree House by arrangement with the owner.
