The cottages have been sensitively converted from former stables, maintaining original vaulted beamed ceilings and stable doors. Hartopp and Bloomsbury both sleep 2 guests, with a king size / twin bedroom. Fleetwood, sleeping 4, has an M2 rating for guests with disabilities and includes a ramp, en suite wet room in the master bedroom plus a twin en suite room.

All of the properties have an open plan living area with seating, Wifi, a TV, DVD player and a kitchen with a dining table / chairs. Each cottage also has its own seating area in the shared courtyard and there is a communal laundry room. Dogs are welcome in Fleetwood and Bloomsbury Cottages free-of-charge. Guests should feel free to explore the farm and arboretum. The village pub, Wissett Plough, is within walking distance.
