Roseburn Bed & Breakfast

Roseburn Bed and Breakfast offers a luxurious place to stay in the heart of the beautiful Highland Perthshire town of Pitlochry. Nestled within its own grounds, with charming gardens and private parking; as well as B & B, the house can also be exclusively booked for extended families or group holidays for up to 14 guests if preferred.

The house is warm, welcoming and very comfortable. The bedrooms have beautiful décor, either a double or twin beds, plus an en suite or private bathroom facilities. Each also includes a TV, free Wifi, seating and a hospitality tray to make refreshments. A delicious Scottish breakfast is served in the morning for B & B guests.

The lounge is available for guests to use and there is a seating area in the garden. Visitors will find shops, restaurants and cafés a short walk away, with the River Tummel, with its spectacular dam and visitor’s centre, a little further on. There are many attractions in the area including historic castles, scenic lochs and viewpoints.
