Kirkland

Kirkland is a modern purpose-built bed and breakfast situated in the city of Perth and run by friendly hosts Anne and David. Built in the gardens of their former guest house called Beechgrove, visitors still enjoy the same excellent standards of hospitality. The property has a lovely patio area, garden and private car parking.

Both of the guest bedrooms have a fresh contemporary feel, with en suite showers, complimentary toiletries, Smart TV, Wifi, hairdryer, comfortable armchairs, underfloor heating, hospitality tray and garden views. Tay is a large king size room and Brompton can be arranged as a super king or with twin beds.

A delicious breakfast is enjoyed in the dining room, or outside on the terrace in good weather. Menu options include treats such as a full Scottish, Eggs Benedict, porridge, smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. Vegetarian and vegan diets are happily accommodated.
