Bamff Estate

Bamff Estate is a small country eco-estate offering accommodation in the highland area of north-east Perthshire. Stay in a house, cottage, yurt or cabin surrounded by over 1000 acres of open fields, woodlands and wetlands. The estate is also home to the European beaver conservation programme. Guests can observe the wildlife, enjoy walks around the estate or take part in the various events arranged throughout the year.

There are 3 holiday homes available. Easter Bamff is a former farm manager’s house which has been sensitively renovated to provide a spacious home for 4 guests with a double and twin bedroom. The Old Brewhouse for 4 or 5 guests is a self-contained wing of the main house and is situated on the Cateran Trail. It has a double and twin bedroom plus a z bed for an additional guest. Gate Lodge is situated at the entrance of the grounds providing an ideal holiday home for 4 people in a double and bunk-bedded room.

Glamping is provided in the Hideaway, a wooden cabin for 2 or 4 people, nestled in the woods overlooking the beaver ponds, with a 4-poster bed made from beaver cut wood, a hammock, wood burning stove, plus a compost toilet and rainwater shower in the nearby huts. The 2 Mongolian Yurts both sleep 2 guests and have a sitting area / dining room, kitchen, Wifi access, a wet room shower and WC.
