Brook Barn

Brook Barn is a welcoming place to stay in the beautiful South Downs at Graffham. Offering well-appointed bed and breakfast rooms, this accommodation is nestled in 2 acres of grounds and is ideally placed to visit the historic towns of Midhurst and Petworth. Dogs and horses are welcome to stay.

There are 2 spacious bedrooms; a twin and a double room. Both are situated in the converted attic with its beautiful vaulted ceiling. The bedrooms each have a television, Wifi access and a hospitality tray for making in-room hot drinks, with shared use of the modern bathroom located in-between.

The rooms can be booked separately or together for families and friends. A continental breakfast is included although guests can opt for a cooked breakfast if preferred. The gardens provide a lovely place to relax during fine weather and there are many lovely walks in the woodlands adjacent to the barns.
