Stane House

Stane House is a welcoming bed and breakfast with a Visit England ROSE Award, situated in the picturesque village of Bignor, between Arundel and Petworth. Near the beautifully-preserved former Roman villa of Bignor Hill and surrounded by the South Downs countryside, this is an ideal choice for a short break or holiday in West Sussex.

There are 3 suites; Bignor Suite has elegant Victorian style décor, with a brass double bed and en suite bathroom, Downland Suite is a double bedroom with en suite shower and private WC and Chanctonbury Suite is a twin room with en suite bathroom. All offer scenic views of the Downs, a TV, hairdryer and hospitality tray.

A full English breakfast, freshly cooked on the Aga stove, is included. Special diets can also be accommodated. Transfers to the South Downs Way and the local pubs can be provided and there is parking for those arriving by car. Guests can also enjoy the lovely gardens.
