Selsey Beach House

Nestled along the water’s edge, with panoramic views across the English Channel, Selsey Beach House is a former fisherman’s cottage and adjacent annexe, providing a luxurious self-catering holiday home for up to 15 guests, with a hot tub and swimming pool. Located south of Chichester, the house backs right on to Selsey Beach.

Inside the house is a large living room, well-equipped kitchen with a long dining table / chairs, a utility room, as well as 6 comfortable bedrooms including 2 king size with en suite facilities and 2 twin rooms. There is also a double and a single bedroom downstairs. There is also a main bathroom and separate shower room.

The annexe can be used for additional sleeping or as a recreation area. It has a games room, bedroom with king size bed and 2-day beds, plus a kitchen and bathroom. Outside the house, there is a courtyard garden, barbeque, al fresco dining area, private hot tub and swimming pool. Ample on-site car parking is available.
