South Downs Hideaway

Situated on the mid-point of the South Downs Way National Trail, South Downs Hideaway is a luxurious self-contained garden studio nestled in the gardens of a main house in the small hamlet of Houghton near Arundel. There is on-site car parking and a railway station nearby.

Sleeping 2, the studio is equipped with a double bed, sofa, Smart TV, Wifi, Alexa speaker, wireless charging station, small kitchenette, dining table and en suite shower room with complimentary toiletries. Outside, there is a patio area for al fresco dining, with stunning views across the open fields.

Ingredients for a self-service breakfast are provided in the studio, so guests can get up whenever they wish. There are 2 pubs and tea rooms within walking distance and fishing along the River Arun which passes close by. A baggage transfer service can be provided for walkers and cyclists by arrangement.
