Friesian Cottage has been beautifully converted from former Cow Byres dating back 150 years. Situated in the heart of the peaceful Sussex countryside, it is full of character with wooden beams, oak painted floors and a cosy log burner. The cottage has been carefully refurbished to offer Visit England 4-Star self-catering facilities including Wifi, travel cot and high chair, parking and a fully enclosed front garden perfect for young children and four-legged friends.

Friesian Cottage is on ground floor level and can sleep 4 to 6 people, with improved accessibility for wheelchair users / disabled guests. Offering a living room with sofa bed, kitchen area, a master king size bedroom with en suite shower, a twin room and bathroom with bath and separate shower.

There is so much to see and do in the local area and we are ideally located for Glyndebourne, home of the Glyndebourne Opera Festival, local seaside resorts of Bexhill-on-Sea and Eastbourne are less than 30 minutes drive, High Weald National Landscape is on the doorstep and being within 1 hour from London by train and around 1.5 hours from the Channel Tunnel at Dover we offer the perfect base for your holiday in East Sussex.
