The Cooden Beach Hotel

The Cooden Beach Hotel is situated on the beach in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, with AA 4-Star rated accommodation and facilities. An independent, family-owned hotel offering a range of excellent guest rooms, dining experiences and a leisure club, there is also a private guest car park with EV charging points.

The hotel has 41 rooms in the main building and Sea House in the garden. The rooms comprise single, double, twin, interconnecting, family size or 4-poster and some have a balcony and / or sea views. All have an en suite, toiletries, LCD TV, telephone, Wifi, beverage tray and access to room service. Some allow dogs.

Brasserie on the Beach is open for breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. There is also a Beach Terrace and Café Bar. Our Tavern Kitchen has a relaxed atmosphere, serving traditional ales and classic food dishes. The Gin Palace is set within our Café Bar and features a selection of artisan gins and specialist mixers.

Guests can use the swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and hot tub, all free-of-charge in our Leisure Club. The Beauty Escape Spa is located adjacent to the hotel and offers a full range of treatments. Cooden Beach Golf Club is adjacent to the hotel and the pretty 7.4 acre Gillham Woods Nature Reserve is a short walk away.
