Castle Banks Cottage

Castle Banks Cottage is a traditional period home situated near the medieval Lewes Castle. Located on a quiet lane with its own charming garden area, it provides comfortable self-catering accommodation for 2 guests, just a short walk from all the amenities in the town centre.

The cottage has a spacious bedsitting room with river views, a king size bed, TV, seating and dining table / chairs. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, coffee percolator, oven and hob; as well as a private bathroom and a garden with outdoors furniture and a small pond.

The railway station is a short walk away and there are pubs, shops and restaurants in the town. Climb to the top of the castle for panoramic views across Sussex and Brack Mount. The adjoining Museum of Sussex Archaeology displays artefacts from local history. There are also beautiful walks in the South Downs.
