Manor Farm Cottage is a beautiful Grade II listed farmhouse offering self-catering accommodation for 6 guests in Upper Denby, between Huddersfield and Barnsley. Built in the 17th century, it has been sensitively modernised to offer Visit England 4-Star Gold Award rated facilities, whilst retaining its original charming and characterful features, the oldest property in the village.
The cosy lounge has a beamed ceiling, 3-piece suite, TV with Freeview channels and DVD player. There is also a farmhouse kitchen with an inglenook fireplace and dining table, as well as a double bedroom and a family room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The cottage has Wifi and central heating throughout. Highchairs and cots can be provided for families.
Outside, the lovely enclosed garden has patio furniture and a barbeque. There is ample safe on-site car parking and a welcome pack of goodies including homemade jam and eggs from our own hens provided. Owners Catherine and Charles live on the farm and offer a warm welcome.
