Ford Cottage

Ford Cottage is a fully renovated stone cottage in the scenic West Yorkshire’s Holme Valley, near the small town of Holmfirth. Offering elegant self-catering accommodation for up to 8 guests, with panoramic views across open countryside. It’s perfectly placed, for walking retreats, family and cycling holidays. One well behaved dog per stay is allowed by prior agreement.

The cottage is heated by air source heating and also has log burning stoves in the lounge and the dining room and underfloor heating in the kitchen. The lounge has 2 large sofas, an armchair and window seat, the dining room has a dining table which seats 8 and also a window seat and an armchair. The modern kitchen is well equipped, including induction hob, integrated double oven and dishwasher.

The 4 bedrooms include a master bedroom with ensuite wet room, a further double room, a bunk bedroom and a twin bed room. There is a family bathroom with separate shower and bath.

The integral garage has a dog shower, which can also be used for washing cycles etc.

Externally, there is an enclosed garden, with outside seating and table and there is free off road parking in the adjacent car park.
