Overlooker's Cottage

Overlooker’s Cottage is a former mill worker’s home dating from the mid-19th century, located in the UNESCO World Heritage village of Saltaire, near Bradford. An historic Grade II listed building, sensitively refurbished to offer Visit England 4-Star rated self-catering facilities, the cottage retains many original features and provides comfortable holiday accommodation for 4 or 5 guests.

The cottage has a sitting room with a feature arched window, seating, an electric fire, plus a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and includes a washer / dryer and dining table. There is a main bedroom with double bed, small double room, single room and a bathroom. Gas central heating and Wifi is provided. Outside, there is a garden area at the front, dining area at the rear and free on-street permit car parking.

Saltaire has many local shops, restaurants and coffee shops, plus Salts Mill Gallery and the beautiful Roberts Park and Gardens over the river. The railway station is a few minutes’ walk away, giving easy access to Bradford in 10 minutes and Leeds in 20 minutes, making the cottage an ideal location for both business and leisure guests.
